1775 Adriatico Suites is truly safe & secured. We have a 24/7 security guards on duty, CCTV Cameras and a Barangay (neighborhood police) outpost just a few steps away from us.

We do our best to accommodate special requests. However, we operate on a first come first served basis. Until a booking is paid & confirmed, no guarantee may be given because these are subject to availability.

One (1) bedroom units are for 2 pax/room. Two (2) Bedroom units are for 4 pax /room. Premiere Family units are for a maximum of 6 pax. An additional fee shall be charged for additional pax, breakfast and extra mattress.

Children who doesn’t need an extra mattress or who can share a bed, will not be counted as an adult (maximum of 1 adult and 7 children for Premiere Family). Infants will not be charged extra pax.

Free breakfast for one bedroom units is two (2) and for two bedroom units is four (4). Direct bookings only.

Unfortunately not. We have limited rooms and no booking is confirmed without a reservation payment. We operate on a first come first served basis.

Safety deposit boxes are available in the Suite, Premiere and Prestige poolside units. Request must be made prior to making the payment.

Yes, but reservations & payments must be done prior to check-in to make sure that the rooms are already prepared upon arrival.

Yes, guests may avail of this service for a fee but is subject to availability. Flight details must be sent to us at least 3 nights prior to check-in. The APU COUPON which gives the instructions shall be sent to the guest within 24 hours after the booking officer receives the flight details. Guest are supposed to advise us if they didn’t receive the email.

Limited parking slots shall be provided in 2016 to Suites & Premiere units only.

The guest’s confirmed booking voucher must in all cases correspond to the number of persons registered. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid separately during their stay. Extra pax shall be charged Php 250/night/pax. Extra mattress shall be charged Php 250/night. Children aged 5 & above are considered as additional guest or pax hence the extra charge shall be applied.

Yes, bed sheets and towels are provided. Housekeeping is done every other day for daily tenants. For long term tenants (30 nights) they have 4 housekeeping in total. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions.

Our office hours is from 9am up to 6pm Monday – Sunday. To avoid inconvenience, early / late check In and check out outside of the normal office hours, must be properly coordinated with our office so a staff may be assigned to welcome the guests. Security Guard is present 24/7 so guests may come and go anytime of the day.

For the Apartment units, every room is equipped with its own refrigerator, oven toaster, cordless kettle, single burner stove, pots, pans, skillet, kitchen utensils, chinaware, silverware and glasses.

Yes, guests may request for a cab. We also recommend the service of reliable Taxi online such as Uber and Grab Taxi. These companies have proved to be safe and dependable.

Yes, these type of units and a swimming pool shall be made available probably on the first quarter of 2016.

Yes, it is completely safe to use your credit card. Once you enter the booking details the information is transferred to MIGS (MasterCard’s credit card processing service) where payment is processed. They are the largest processor of credit card payments in the world. At no point do we or any other party have access to the credit card details.

The Bed and Breakfast wing is accessible and has an elevator.

Room 106 in the Apartment is also an accessible room with a ramp, railings, lower bed, and larger doorway.
